Kokoa Kamili, Tanzania 73% Dark

One of my favourite origins. Partly because of the delicious flavour, and partly because of the wonderful humans growing them. What a great combination! These delicious beans create a smooth and soothing chocolate with caramel notes and a rich sweet cherry flavour. It is a pleasure on the palate. I often wonder if the elephants and giraffes that live right next door to the trees ever sneak over to pick a pod for a snack?

Made in a nut free facility, soy free, gluten free, milk free (though made in a facility that used milk powder so may contain traces).
