Semuliki Forest, Uganda Dark Milk

Grown by the indomitable farmers in Semuliki Forest, Uganda. Founded in 2016 in Bundibugyo, Uganda, Semuliki specifically started with a mission to increase incomes and reduce financial risk for their cacao growers. They now work with over 1,000 small family farms. By centralising fermentation and drying they are able to control the quality of these flavour-building processes.

Let’s be clear: This is not really a milk chocolate bar, it is dark chocolate with milk added as a seasoning. So, while the milk adds a delicious creamy texture, it is the beans that steal the show. Full creamy flavour and rich chocolate notes.
