Chuao, Venezuela

Renowned for its cacao worldwide for more than 450 years, Chuao is possibly the single most sought after cacao origin in the world. The little village, really only accessible by boat, lies nestled between the rugged green mountain valleys of the Henri Pittier National Park and the clear blue waters of the Caribbean. These beans create a delicately flavoured chocolate: don’t expect a wallop on your taste buds. Hopefully you enjoy these elegantly subtle, but distinctly fruity, notes.
