Dark bar ingredients: organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic
cocoa butter

Vegan: All bars are made with organic, dehydrated cane sugar, and therefore do not contain the bone char that white sugar usually uses to remove the last bits of molasses to make it white. Any bar without milk is therefore vegan.

Milk bar ingredients: organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic
cocoa butter, whole milk

The Mayan Spice bar also contains chili pepper, garlic and cilantro.
The Ch'abil bar also contains cardamom (grown by the Lachua community).

All bars are made in a nut-free facility, and are soy and gluten free.
