Deep in the Amazonian jungle of Peru grows the flavourful bean from Ucayali River Cacao. Starting with a caramel flavour it evolves into a mouth filling fruit. 

We saved a batch of this special chocolate and are releasing it in stages after gentle ageing to deepen the flavours even more. It is very rare at this point, and I hope you enjoy it!

Vegan--made with dehydrated cane sugar, so it doesn't contain the bone char that white sugar usually uses to remove the last bits of molasses to make it white.

Ingredients: cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter

 

Made in a nut free facility, soy free, gluten free, milk free (though made in a facility that used milk powder so may contain traces).
