Sirene Chocolate is proud to launch a line of much-requested drinking chocolate. Our first offering is made with pure Uganda 73% dark chocolate, and comes in 500g bags, or 60g sampler packs.

Drinking Chocolate Recipe

Serves 1 | Preparation time 8 minutes

Ingredients

• 30 grams (1/2 of the sampler pack) Sirene drinking chocolate
  
• 175 ml (6oz) water or your preferred type of milk
  

Instructions

Heat liquid to just below boiling. Add drinking chocolate and let sit 30-60 seconds, until soft.

Stir with a whisk or hand-held milk frother to fully incorporate the chocolate and make it creamy.
